Meet The Team
Marshall Watts
Owner & Prinipal Agent
Marshall Watts was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. He moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where he attended school at TCU, and met his wife, Caroline. After working in the healthcare field for years, he found his passion in insurance, helping to educate and serve his clients. He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys being out on the water fishing in his free time. Marshall lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Caroline, and two dogs, Dash and Dutch.
Matt Rader
Licensed Agent
Matt was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He moved to Austin where he attended the University of Texas and attained a degree in mathematics. After being a math teacher and coaching football for years, Matt joined Marsh Insurance Group to continue his passion for helping and serving others. Matt currently lives in Cypress, Texas with his wife Caitlin and three sons, Luke, Owen, and Drew.
Terri Cox
Office Manager
Terri is an Azle, Texas native with an extensive background in customer service and experience in healthcare as well. She is passionate about advocating for our clients, and ensures that everyone has a smooth and stress-free experience with their insurance.
